Criminal Record: A reputed cartoonist and gifted artist, is one of Asturias top representatives in the comic books world. Since his start as
cartoonist in regional newspapers, and besides his work as creative designer and editor, Isaac always has found time to assemble cultural proyects that, with the pass of the years, have evolved to relevant dates worldwide. In 1963, was the creator of the International Film Festival for Children of Gijón, (the first in the whole world in that speciality and today re-named as Gijón International Film Festival), and some years later was also the hand behind the Ist Youth Publication Expo, an initiative who would be continued years later by the International Comic Book Convention of Asturias, (Gijón). Has been in charge of several comic book publications and recieved the National Cartoonist Society award (in the U.S.), and the World Health Organization Distinction in the Communications Area.

His documentary, illustrative and bibliographic work would be appreciated properly only in years to come.
